  Taking our lead from current research, we promote equitable settlements, healthy post-spousal autonomy, and the importance of parental consistency, and continuity for mother's and father's.

 

 

 

 
   In each area pertinent to divorce, we serve our client couple at the highest level of expertise, Legal, Financial, Emotional, and Parenting. 

The Financial Team Member works to assist in the creation of an equitable settlement, while the Legal team member informs the client couple about the parameters of the law, thereby empowering a custom solution that better serves the needs of their family.

The Facilitator/Coaches help the couple to increase productive communication and trust , which reduces the costly possibility of emotional road-blocks.

The Child Specialist works with both parents to help their children through the transition, listens and gives voice to those unspoken concerns of the children, and supports parental continuity for mothers, fathers and extended family members. They work in an un-biased manner and do not evaluate.

The Collaborative Attorney represents the interests of their client spouse, while keeping focus on the overall needs of the family.
